Welcome the Fall Equinox with a restorative Sound Journey with Megan DiSabatino on the Aspen Art Museum rooftop. Against the backdrop of the changing season and mountain landscape, Megan will guide participants through a meditative experience using sound and vibration to help quiet the mind, restore balance, and create space for reflection and renewal.

Please arrive on time

We will be laying on the floor, you are welcome to bring a yoga mat or pillow for added comfort, and a blanket for warmth
